The Sr Risk Control Consultant will lead risk assessment efforts, provide technical guidance, collaborate with clients, and support strategic initiatives in risk management.

Manage statutory financial reporting, regulatory and statistical filings, capital adequacy calculations (RBC, BCAR), and controls. Lead a team, liaise with Actuarial, Tax, Investments and IT, support audits and regulatory exams, and drive process improvements and reporting modernization.

Provide legal counsel on assumed and ceded reinsurance matters, draft and negotiate treaties and collateral instruments, advise stakeholders on coverage and regulatory issues, support M&A and due diligence, develop policies and templates, monitor legal developments, build market relationships, and leverage legal technology and process improvements to enhance contracting and risk management.
