Provides personalized investment and retirement planning to members, non-members, and employees. Analyzes financial goals, recommends investment strategies and products, manages client relationships, prospects for new business, meets sales quotas, conducts financial seminars, trains branch teams, and maintains compliance with FINRA, SEC, broker-dealer, and applicable financial regulations.

Manages UFCU’s charged-off loan recovery program, including recovery strategy, third-party collection and legal vendor oversight, due diligence, performance monitoring, audits, inventory reconciliation, secure file exchanges, payment posting, reporting, and compliance. The role analyzes portfolios, improves recovery outcomes, resolves operational exceptions, supports settlement negotiations, and collaborates with Collections, Legal, Finance, Technology, Operations, and external partners.

Collects past-due consumer, commercial, and real estate loans through empathetic communication across phone, email, text, chat, and letters. Researches accounts, validates loan and financial information, locates responsible parties, negotiates payment arrangements, processes resolutions, documents collection activity, and ensures compliance with debt-collection laws and credit union policies. Uses collections and financial systems, supports loan servicing, and contributes to process and system improvements.
