Leads complex, cross-functional enterprise projects and programs from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholder communications. The role aligns business, technology, and executive teams, drives governance and decision-making, ensures successful delivery and measurable outcomes, and promotes continuous improvement. It requires familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, project management tools, and organizational change.

Performs remote collections for past-due consumer, commercial, and real estate loans. Communicates empathetically with members through phone, email, text, chat, and letters; validates identities and debt responsibility; researches contact information; explains delinquency status; negotiates payment resolutions; processes loan documents and automated payments; documents collection activities; and complies with applicable regulations and credit union policies.

Lead day-to-day execution of fintech experiments and pilots: define scope, hypotheses, success metrics, run agile ceremonies, manage pod backlog, coordinate dependencies, and transition validated initiatives to implementation while ensuring compliance and member-centered outcomes.

Leads UFCU’s strategic growth and new partnership function, including market expansion, prospect cultivation, pipeline development, executive relationship building, partnership strategy, negotiations, and cross-functional execution. Develops market-entry plans, oversees partnership metrics and budgets, represents UFCU externally, and leads the Strategic Growth Business Development team. Focus areas include higher education, healthcare, employer groups, and community institutions.

Lead a 5-7 person engineering team to design, deliver, govern, and operate enterprise APIs and microservices. Provide hands-on architecture reviews, manage MuleSoft Anypoint delivery, oversee C#/.NET microservices on Kubernetes/Azure, enforce API lifecycle and security standards, ensure production reliability and observability, and run incident response while hiring and scaling the team with contractors.

Provide day-to-day systems support, analysis, documentation, testing, and reporting for Finance platforms. Build and maintain automated workflows using Excel, automation tools, and AI techniques. Administer system access, perform reconciliations and audits, support month/quarter/year-end close activities, assist projects and releases, and ensure controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness within a regulated financial environment.

Execute personalized, data-driven email and CRM campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing. Build automated lifecycle journeys, manage segmentation and data quality, run A/B tests, monitor deliverability, support CRM pilots and UAT, and produce performance reports and optimization recommendations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead and deliver enterprise AI solutions from design to production, define Databricks-based technical standards, establish MLOps/CI-CD and monitoring, manage multidisciplinary data teams, partner with executives to prioritize AI roadmap, oversee budgeting and regulatory compliance in a financial services environment.

Lead a data platform engineering team to deliver enterprise data products and pipelines using Databricks/Medallion architecture, oversee SQL Server DBA operations, maintain platform reliability, implement observability and governance, and manage delivery, vendors, and stakeholder engagement.

Lead implementation and operationalization of Responsible AI and AI governance across the AI lifecycle, embedding controls into delivery processes, assessing vendor and model risk, monitoring performance and drift, and partnering cross-functionally to translate regulations into policies, playbooks, and training that enable safe, ethical, and compliant AI adoption.

Lead enterprise architecture strategy and governance while hands-on designing solutions for CRM, integration, onboarding, and data platforms. Define API/event-driven standards, roadmaps, security and resilience expectations, operate the Architecture Review Board, evaluate vendors, and ensure architectures are audit- and regulator-ready.
