The Finance Operations Analyst supports financial processes through system support, automation, reporting, and collaboration with finance and IT teams, driving efficiency and compliance.

Manage vendor relationships and oversee benefits administration accuracy, conduct audits and reconciliations, resolve benefits and leave issues, support FMLA/ADA and 401(k) processes, monitor vendor SLAs, produce compliance reports, and assist annual enrollment and benefits analytics for HR leadership.

Engage and advise Members to identify financial needs, open and manage accounts, process transactions, handle account services and compliance, refer fraud, support digital services, and drive community/business development to grow relationships and product adoption.
