Collects past-due consumer, commercial, and real estate loans through empathetic communication across phone, email, text, chat, and letters. Researches accounts, validates loan and financial information, locates responsible parties, negotiates payment arrangements, processes resolutions, documents collection activity, and ensures compliance with debt-collection laws and credit union policies. Uses collections and financial systems, supports loan servicing, and contributes to process and system improvements.

Coordinates cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities, including audits, due diligence, evidence collection, remediation tracking, documentation lifecycle management, process development, security awareness training, and phishing simulations. Maintains cybersecurity records, dashboards, metrics, and reporting while partnering with Information Security, Risk, Audit, Compliance, Legal, HR, Technology, and business stakeholders. Builds and maintains relationships with high-net-worth clients through comprehensive financial planning, investment recommendations, account reviews, and personalized service. Analyzes financial circumstances, executes investment transactions, explains tax and securities considerations, and supports client wealth accumulation and transfer. Drives practice growth through business development, workshops, cross-selling, community visibility, and collaboration with credit union leaders while maintaining regulatory compliance and current investment knowledge.

Implements, administers, and supports on-premises and public cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, operating systems, identity, Microsoft 365, and Azure services. Performs cloud readiness assessments, migrations, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and security-focused infrastructure improvements. Supports projects, documentation, standards development, vendor coordination, mentoring, and on-call operations.

Develop strategic advertising concepts and copy across email, social, digital display, radio, video, articles, and branch signage. Maintain UFCU’s brand voice, support campaign development, collaborate with designers and marketing partners, and create engaging, data-informed communications that drive member engagement, purchase behavior, and brand perception.

Leads complex, cross-functional enterprise projects and programs from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholder communications. The role aligns business, technology, and executive teams, drives governance and decision-making, ensures successful delivery and measurable outcomes, and promotes continuous improvement. It requires familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, project management tools, and organizational change.

Designs, implements, and operates enterprise identity and access management solutions for workforce, member, third-party, and non-human identities. Responsibilities include authentication, authorization, identity governance, privileged access management, threat detection, compliance, resilience, automation, and Zero Trust strategy. The role partners with engineering, security, risk, legal, compliance, and business teams; leads vendor evaluations and governance activities; supports audits; and communicates identity risk and architecture decisions to executives.

Lead day-to-day execution of fintech experiments and pilots: define scope, hypotheses, success metrics, run agile ceremonies, manage pod backlog, coordinate dependencies, and transition validated initiatives to implementation while ensuring compliance and member-centered outcomes.

Lead implementation and operationalization of Responsible AI and AI governance across the AI lifecycle, embedding controls into delivery processes, assessing vendor and model risk, monitoring performance and drift, and partnering cross-functionally to translate regulations into policies, playbooks, and training that enable safe, ethical, and compliant AI adoption.

Lead and deliver enterprise AI solutions from design to production, define Databricks-based technical standards, establish MLOps/CI-CD and monitoring, manage multidisciplinary data teams, partner with executives to prioritize AI roadmap, oversee budgeting and regulatory compliance in a financial services environment.
