Provides Level 1 NOC and technical support for network infrastructure, servers, endpoints, security appliances, and remote access systems. Monitors systems, resolves connectivity and hardware/software incidents, manages escalations and outages, documents tickets, maintains SLAs, and supports LAN/WAN deployments. The role also configures network equipment, maintains security tools and documentation, coordinates with clients and vendors, and participates in disaster recovery and technical discovery activities.

Provides reception, guest experience, executive administrative support, meeting and conference room coordination, travel and expense assistance, event logistics, office readiness, and employee administrative support. The role serves as a professional first point of contact for visitors, executives, customers, vendors, and partners while maintaining an organized office environment and managing multiple priorities with discretion and strong follow-through.

Supports Field Account Managers by preparing quotes, configuring technology products, processing orders, handling initial RMAs, and responding to customer questions. Provides access and guidance for digital tools, monitors shared support queues, tracks response metrics, communicates order and pricing updates, and proactively follows up on open requests. Builds customer and internal relationships while maintaining product knowledge and ensuring accurate, timely service, including compliance with government and education purchasing contracts where applicable.
