Leads agency-wide training, professional development, leadership development, competency assessment, and workforce capability initiatives. Establishes training standards, evaluates learning needs, ensures regulatory and client-service compliance, develops trainers and leaders, tracks certifications and competencies, measures training impact, and reports results to executive leadership. Partners with Human Resources, Quality Assurance, nursing, and program teams to address performance gaps and improve service quality across multiple locations.
