Provides remote HR support across employee services, benefits, payroll, onboarding, recruiting, HR operations, and total rewards. Resolves employee and manager inquiries, manages HR cases, maintains confidential records, supports benefits communications, generates reports, assists with compliance and process improvement, and delivers customer-focused service through phone, email, and case management systems.

Leads moderate to highly complex quality and service improvement projects from initiation through completion. Develops implementation plans, coordinates stakeholders and project resources, tracks progress, manages risks, and communicates status. Analyzes operational data, maintains performance metrics, creates reports and dashboards, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports benchmarking and informed decision-making across clinical and non-clinical departments.

Serve as a strategic HR partner aligning HR strategies with business goals, advising leaders on workforce planning, talent, employee and labor relations, compliance, investigations, change management, and performance improvement to support organizational objectives.
