The HR Specialist supports the HR department with administrative tasks, assists in talent acquisition and onboarding, provides benefits information, and participates in events.

Manage a focused portfolio of concurrent moderate-to-high complexity projects across clinical or non-clinical domains. Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, coordinate with leadership, apply UC Health PI Way, track KPIs and metrics, perform minor data analysis, plan resources, ensure quality deliverables, escalate risks, and mentor domain teams.

A project-based administrative fellowship supporting system-wide priorities across finance, marketing, legal, managed care, population health, and strategy. Fellows perform market and financial analysis, strategic planning, partnership evaluation, cross-functional initiatives, and executive communications while receiving mentorship, networking, and exposure to executive leadership.
