Provides executive and administrative support through calendar and meeting management, staff attendance and timekeeping, records maintenance, expense tracking, accounting liaison work, business development support, correspondence, reporting, and follow-up on operational tasks. The role also manages confidential employee and financial information and maintains professional relationships with staff, suppliers, customers, and business partners.

Acquire and grow logistics business by prospecting customers, preparing proposals, conducting sales engagements, meeting revenue and volume targets, and managing customer portfolios. The role requires expertise selling ocean freight, including LCL and FCL, and air freight services. Responsibilities also include analyzing account performance, supporting marketing activities, collaborating with product and sales teams, maintaining client relationships, and tracking sales KPIs.

Maintains accurate financial records and manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash controls, banking, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and administrative processes. The role supports internal controls, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and operational efficiency while coordinating with management, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
