Manage end-to-end onboarding of new 401(k) plans: draft plan documents, coordinate payroll integrations, monitor go-live contributions, maintain case records in Salesforce, communicate with sponsors/advisors, ensure compliance with ERISA/IRS/DOL, and escalate complex issues.

Design, architect, and deliver scalable full-stack web features; own complex systems end-to-end; mentor engineers; deploy and manage cloud-based, containerized applications; maintain high code quality and excellent user experience while collaborating with product.
