Design, build, and maintain scalable backend integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms using .NET, C#, Node.js, Python/Django and AWS. Contribute to architecture, code reviews, mentoring, testing, troubleshooting production issues, and documentation while collaborating with distributed Product and Engineering teams.

Lead strategic customer engagements to deliver cloud cost intelligence and FinOps guidance. Onboard and implement customers, analyze billing/usage data, produce KPI-driven executive reviews, build repeatable technical solutions and playbooks, mentor TAMs, create standards for data analysis and dashboards, and drive adoption and NPS improvements.
