Bilingual German/English Account Executive selling a location-marketing SaaS to mid-market DACH customers. Manage complex, consultative sales cycles (MEDDPICC), close new logos, exceed quota, coordinate with SDRs, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success, and track opportunities in Salesforce. Willingness to travel required.

Provide first-level technical support and ongoing technical account management for French-speaking B2B customers. Handle escalations, document and escalate bugs (e.g., via Jira), collaborate with Customer Success, Support and Sales, improve processes and documentation, and work to increase retention and customer satisfaction.

Lead QA efforts for web applications, APIs, and integrations. Design and maintain automated tests (Playwright preferred), execute API and UI tests, document results and defects, communicate risks to stakeholders, mentor junior QAs, and drive prioritization and quality improvements within an Agile CI/CD environment.
