Owns APAC marketplace reliability and product strategy for Uber Direct. Leads regional product launches, marketplace optimization, reliability governance, and cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Data Science, and Finance. Builds an APAC Centre of Excellence, develops scalable playbooks, influences global investment decisions, and guides country teams on execution, commercial trade-offs, courier experience, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.

Leads Uber’s Australia and New Zealand supply-growth strategy for delivery partners, including acquisition, retention, budget, partnerships, campaigns, and performance targets. The role mentors team members, influences senior cross-functional stakeholders, allocates strategic spend, and develops creative approaches in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and execution skills are required, with SQL and Tableau experience preferred.

Own ANZ compliance operations for Uber’s earner platform, including AI and automation initiatives, regulatory process design, onboarding compliance, dashboards, executive reporting, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Lead compliance programs end to end, from business-case development and operational planning through execution, measurement, and optimization. Translate evolving gig-economy regulations into scalable processes while using data analysis and reporting to improve safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
