Teams at Uber Freight

Lead the commercial expansion of Uber Freight’s Mexico Customs product. Develop go-to-market strategy, build pipeline, acquire and expand accounts, enable sales teams, lead executive webinars, create marketing collateral, design tailored customs solutions, and coordinate sales, operations, account management, and channel partners. The role requires deep Mexico customs brokerage or trade compliance expertise, strategic commercial leadership, and bilingual Spanish-English communication.

Supports transportation operations through shipment planning, tracking, documentation, carrier coordination, customs monitoring, invoice follow-up, and issue resolution. Maintains accurate shipment data in TMS platforms, prepares KPI reports, analyzes operational risks, escalates service failures, and supports process improvements, pilot programs, and peak-season planning. The role requires customer and stakeholder communication, operational prioritization, and evening-shift availability.

Manage and optimize compensation and total rewards programs, including annual reviews, pay structures, benchmarking, job evaluations, pay equity analyses, and rewards modeling. Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, leaders, and managers to provide compensation guidance, ensure compliance and equity, educate stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives across diverse employee groups.
