Lead Uber Freight’s global Total Rewards function across compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition for 4,000 employees. Develop and implement strategy, manage resources and outcomes, advise senior business and HR leaders, oversee M&A rewards integration, and forecast and report on stock compensation. The role requires executive leadership, people management, matrixed-team experience, and expertise in compensation and benefits strategy.

Coordinate and tender truckloads through carrier networks, assign LTL carriers, maintain shipment data in transportation systems, monitor delivery status, resolve capacity and planning issues, analyze transportation performance for savings, and ensure compliance with logistics policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations. The role collaborates with warehouses, load planners, carriers, and internal stakeholders to optimize execution and network efficiency.
