Lead client discovery and solution-shaping activities across cloud, infrastructure, networking, workplace, cybersecurity, data, and AI. Develop proposals, Statements of Work, technical responses, estimates, and delivery approaches for complex opportunities, including public-sector and defence engagements. Coordinate architects, engineers, and subject-matter experts while balancing security, commercial considerations, scope, risk, and deliverability. Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and support transition from solution shaping into delivery.

Lead quality engineering and test automation across legacy, hybrid, and cloud-native environments. Develop BDD, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automated tests; integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines; validate APIs, data parity, and distributed systems; support performance and security testing; investigate defects; and collaborate with engineering, architecture, and Agile delivery teams.

Develop and support Power Platform applications across internal and client environments. Responsibilities include building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, working with Dataverse and integrations, troubleshooting live application issues, deploying solutions across environments, implementing fixes and enhancements, supporting releases, documenting solutions, and collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders while following security, testing, lifecycle management, and change-control standards.
