Entry-level technical consultants develop skills across cloud, data engineering, DevOps, security, software engineering and AI-enabled technology. They build and troubleshoot solutions, automate infrastructure, implement CI/CD, improve platform security, work with cloud services, and support client delivery. The programme includes structured training, mentoring, certifications and hands-on project experience. Successful candidates communicate clearly, solve problems logically, learn new technologies and contribute to reliable, secure and maintainable enterprise solutions.

Work in multidisciplinary teams to design, build and maintain data pipelines, models and analytics products using SQL, Python and modern data tools. Contribute to cloud-based data solutions (AWS/Azure), apply software engineering and data governance practices, create visualisations, and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile delivery to produce maintainable, production-ready data services.

6–8 week graduate programme training early-career consultants to use AI responsibly in consulting. Develop business analysis, structured problem solving, service design, stakeholder management, project delivery and communication skills while gaining hands-on client experience and continuous professional development.
