Provides patient and client support by verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, researching payer coverage, and assisting with prior authorizations, denials, appeals, billing, and coding inquiries. Reviews referrals for completeness and FDA requirements, manages incoming calls, documents interactions, maintains action lists, researches reimbursement issues, and escalates recurring problems. The role requires accurate, timely work and communication with patients, providers, payers, pharmacies, sales representatives, and other healthcare partners.

Designs, develops, facilitates, and evaluates employee and client training programs across classroom, virtual, blended, and e-learning formats. Creates instructional materials, job aids, process documentation, and knowledge resources; maintains training records and documentation; conducts needs analyses, retraining, and competency evaluations; supports system enhancements and UAT; and partners with internal teams, clients, IT, business owners, and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning solutions.

Manages clinical trial sites through feasibility, qualification, start-up, remote monitoring, training, document collection, TMF oversight, data review, issue resolution, compliance tracking, and study metrics reporting. Ensures adherence to FDA regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines, privacy requirements, and sponsor procedures. Maintains site relationships, supports enrollment, escalates compliance concerns, and mentors junior staff while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
