Process accurate and timely payroll, maintain payroll and HR data in Workday, manage time and attendance records, resolve discrepancies, respond to employee and government inquiries, process payroll accounting entries, complete statutory remittances and employment records, distribute workload among technicians, and support or replace the payroll manager.

Develop sales across an assigned territory by selling automotive parts to installers, stores, and distribution centers. Deliver sales presentations, calls, and training; recommend inventory coverage; plan territory growth; and conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence. The role requires automotive aftermarket or technical parts knowledge, PowerPoint proficiency, frequent travel, and French-English bilingualism.

Promotes suspension-part products, drives sales growth, and builds customer relationships across fleets, installers, manufacturers, spring shops, and stores. Partners with product management and suppliers to execute product strategies, conducts customer presentations and site visits, and delivers technical product training to sales, operations, and management teams. Requires heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket knowledge, truck suspension expertise, fleet maintenance experience, and frequent travel across Canada and the United States.
