Leads and develops the sales team to achieve quotas and annual targets. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, training, customer visits, sales planning, promotional programs, performance reporting, data-driven sales prioritization, and supplier performance monitoring. The role collaborates with regional and distribution center management and requires travel within the assigned region.

Sell automotive parts and provide customer service to installers, stores, and distribution centers across an assigned territory. Drive sales growth through presentations, calls, and training; recommend inventory coverage; manage territory sales planning; and conduct competitive and market analysis. The role requires aftermarket or technical parts knowledge, PowerPoint proficiency, French and English bilingualism, and travel within the territory 70% of the time.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers while selling NAPA auto parts and programs. Execute sales development plans, support marketing promotions, identify growth opportunities, gather market intelligence, report product or service issues, recommend pricing, and assist with collections. Collaborate with store, district, regional, and corporate sales teams across an assigned territory.
