Owns IT infrastructure, systems, telecommunications, ERP, cybersecurity, vendors, and user support across six Ireland and UK sites. Responsibilities include resolving hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues; administering Microsoft 365 and Windows environments; managing cloud services, backups, assets, licensing, and suppliers; supporting ERP upgrades and integrations; implementing cybersecurity and GDPR practices; and leading technology projects, site integrations, and business improvements.

Manage and grow customer relationships and new business across the South of England within the screeding and flooring sector. Responsibilities include visiting contractors, distributors, merchants, architects, specifiers, and installers; promoting products; providing technical guidance; preparing quotations; negotiating pricing; closing sales; maintaining CRM records; monitoring market activity; and achieving sales targets.
