Teams at U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC

Supervise fabrication production activities, including staffing, material flow, equipment utilization, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and labor goals. Develop continuous improvement plans, manage department budgets and MRO costs, coordinate with planning, sales, engineering, and production teams, maintain inventory and attendance records, interpret production schedules, and resolve workplace and operational issues while following company policies and union agreements.
