Teams at U.S. Oral Surgery Management

Provides broad in-house legal counsel across acquisitions, commercial contracts, employment, real estate, healthcare regulatory compliance, risk management, and litigation. Advises leadership, operations, HR, finance, affiliated clinicians, and dental practices across multiple states. Independently manages transactions, contracts, investigations, disputes, regulatory matters, and compliance policies while supporting growth and preserving clinical independence within a dental support organization.

Supports employee relations, HR compliance, audits, HRIS data accuracy, onboarding and offboarding, staffing, unemployment claims, workers’ compensation, and employee lifecycle processes. Partners with HR Business Partners, managers, and Practice Leaders on employee concerns, investigations, policy implementation, reporting, and HR initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation.

Build and maintain relationships with referring dental offices, physicians, and community partners to increase patient referrals and practice awareness. Conduct office visits, referral calls, follow-ups, events, and outreach initiatives. Track referral activity, prepare reports, identify growth opportunities, support marketing materials and digital content, and assist with practice events and front-office needs. The role requires local travel, independent work, strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
