Leads UNICEF USA’s global policy and public affairs strategy, advocating with Congress, federal agencies, coalitions, and external stakeholders to advance foreign aid, humanitarian assistance, nutrition, and UNICEF funding. Oversees the policy and public affairs team, serves as a policy spokesperson, develops advocacy priorities, builds bipartisan support, and manages staff and partnerships.
