Serve as an executive-level integrator for SAF/MRC, ensuring senior leadership receives coordinated, analytically sound deliverables. Drive alignment of policy, workforce planning, and strategic communications; validate decision-quality products; integrate data into actionable insights; support civilian human capital strategy, workforce sizing, and organizational stand-up to optimize Total Force capabilities.
