Receives, inspects, and accurately puts away electrical materials using packing lists, purchase orders, inventory systems, and standard procedures. Resolves receiving, returns, and put-away exceptions; supports the will-call center; maintains an organized, safe warehouse; and assists with other distribution duties. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, extended standing, forklift operation, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and adherence to productivity and safety standards.

Support multiple project managers delivering lighting and controls projects: coordinate schedules, create POs/submittals/reports, manage job files, track vendor shipments, resolve billing, liaise with accounting/purchasing/sales/warehouse, and maintain clear stakeholder communication.

Leads inventory control and receiving operations within a distribution center, ensuring accurate product receipt, inventory integrity, warehouse efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Oversees receiving and inventory teams, supports broader warehouse functions, develops employees, monitors KPIs, drives continuous improvement, manages budgets, analyzes operational data, and collaborates with transportation, sales, purchasing, HR, and warehouse leadership.
