Manage vendor invoice disputes, debit memos, product returns, credit balances, and unbilled inventory items. Investigate discrepancies, recover funds, process write-offs, reconcile vendor statements, maintain vendor records, and coordinate resolutions with vendors, Procurement, Receiving, Inventory Control, and Accounting. The role also develops procedures and improves accounts payable workflows in a high-volume environment.

Handles customer inquiries, orders, quotes, pricing, delivery terms, payment terms, and product recommendations by phone and email. Tracks open orders, backorders, and project statuses while maintaining customer relationships. Coordinates with credit, warehouse, and counter sales teams, and supports process improvements. The role requires onsite work, strong communication and organizational skills, basic math, product comparison abilities, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Supports marketing initiatives across branch locations, including events, trade shows, promotions, email campaigns, social media, digital signage, marketing materials, vendor programs, and reporting. Coordinates logistics, maintains calendars and project trackers, communicates with internal teams and external partners, and assists sales teams and branches with marketing requests. The role offers progressive ownership of campaigns, events, communications, and vendor initiatives.
