Teams at U.S. Electrical Services, Inc.

Assists customers at the sales counter, by phone, and email; creates orders, returns, quotes, and inventory transfers; supports fulfillment and warehouse tasks; follows up on orders; operates equipment safely; and helps grow the customer base, counter sales, and profits.

Drives sales through in-person customer visits, prospecting, account development, tailored product solutions, quoting, and sales-cycle management. Serves construction, commercial, energy services, and industrial customers while collaborating with internal teams and product specialists. Resolves customer issues, monitors market trends, attends training, and travels regularly to customer sites and branch offices.

Handles customer inquiries, orders, quotes, pricing, delivery terms, payment terms, and product recommendations by phone and email. Tracks open orders, backorders, and project statuses while maintaining customer relationships. Coordinates with credit, warehouse, and counter sales teams, and supports process improvements. The role requires onsite work, strong communication and organizational skills, basic math, product comparison abilities, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
