Outside sales representative responsible for prospecting and growing accounts in industrial, construction, commercial and energy markets through in-person visits, quoting, order management, and customer service; collaborates with internal product specialists, reports market trends, attends training, resolves customer issues, and travels to customer sites and branch offices.

Handle inbound customer inquiries, process orders via phone and email, provide quotes, support outside sales reps, track orders/backorders, coordinate with credit/warehouse/counter teams, build customer relationships, and suggest process improvements.
