Leads USC’s technology strategy, business systems, IT operations, cybersecurity, data governance, vendor relationships, and acquisition integrations. Owns the technology roadmap and budget, including NetSuite and Microsoft 365, while improving automation, system adoption, support standards, disaster recovery, and security. Builds the technology function, supports a distributed workforce, and partners with leadership on AI initiatives and scalable technology infrastructure.
