Senior Counsel independently handles insurance defense litigation, including court appearances, depositions, discovery, briefs, trial preparation, and trials. The role develops case strategies, communicates with clients, cultivates client relationships, manages litigation teams, and mentors junior attorneys. Candidates must hold an active Texas bar license, have a JD from an ABA-approved school, and possess at least eight years of litigation experience. The position offers remote, hybrid, or onsite flexibility.

Candidates must hold an ABA-accredited JD, an active Texas bar license, and at least eight years of litigation experience.

Independently manage complex civil defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, client and carrier communications, expert coordination, mediation, court appearances, and trials. Build client relationships, support practice growth, mentor junior attorneys, and provide leadership while handling matters with minimal supervision. Insurance defense and Connecticut litigation experience are strongly preferred.
