Represent clients in insurance defense litigation by developing case strategies, managing full caseloads from discovery through trial, handling court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials, and communicating with clients. The attorney will collaborate with legal teams, develop client relationships, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to trial advocacy and firm growth.

Senior Counsel independently manages complex civil defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, client and carrier communications, expert coordination, mediation, and trials. The role requires substantial Connecticut litigation experience, courtroom responsibility, and preferably insurance defense experience. The attorney will cultivate client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, contribute to team leadership, and help grow the firm’s Connecticut practice.

Senior Counsel will independently manage landlord-tenant and civil defense litigation from case evaluation through resolution or trial. Responsibilities include developing case strategy, handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, experts, mediations, trials, client communications, business development, and mentoring junior attorneys. The role requires an active California Bar license, substantial litigation experience, and the ability to manage full cases with minimal supervision in a remote, hybrid, or onsite Northern California work model.
