Teams at Tyson Foods

Analyze Costco sales, item performance, member behavior, competitive benchmarks, syndicated data, and point-of-sale data. Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, translate findings into persuasive selling stories, and recommend opportunities for Tyson and Costco growth. Partner with cross-functional teams, support senior stakeholders and buyers, and become the team resource for retailer data tools. The role requires strong Excel, presentation, communication, data visualization, trend analysis, and prioritization skills.

Supports Tyson team members with housing, schools, medical and social services; provides English-Marshallese interpretation, mediation, onboarding assistance, community liaison services, and educational or ESL programs. Coordinates community events, represents the facility with local leaders, assists HR, and may supervise office staff.

Performs laboratory testing of poultry blood, tissue, and environmental samples using serological, microbiological, and molecular assays. Prepares media and solutions, logs specimens, documents results, maintains and calibrates equipment, performs minor repairs, and manages supplies. Requires aseptic technique, accurate documentation, communication, and independent or team-based work. The role follows strict biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare procedures and includes occasional weekend and holiday work.
