Own and support Tyson's global lease accounting software, drive financial accuracy and compliance, partner with Finance and Treasury to build a global Leasing COE, streamline and document processes, analyze large datasets, and collaborate cross-functionally to support corporate accounting initiatives.

Provide frontline HR systems and transactional support via ServiceNow, chat, and phone. Handle high-volume intake, data updates, LOA navigation, inbox monitoring, and escalate complex issues to Centers of Excellence or HR leadership to meet SLAs.
