Conducts market and user research, prioritizes features, coordinates projects, supports testing, monitors product KPIs, and drives continuous improvement. Partners with business, engineering, governance, finance, audit, and executive stakeholders while applying security, privacy, and responsible AI principles.

Leads enterprise data architecture for HR and Payroll, including data models, pipelines, integrations, governance, lineage, quality, metadata, privacy, and platform strategy. Partners with stakeholders to define requirements and analytics solutions while maintaining hands-on SQL and ETL expertise. Manages and develops a distributed data team, establishes technical standards, evaluates technologies, guides architecture reviews, and ensures scalable, secure, reliable, and compliant solutions.

Handles consumer and customer inquiries, complaints, product issues, allergen questions, food safety guidance, and Tyson-related requests across phone, social media, letters, text, and chat. Researches resolutions, coordinates with Sales, Marketing, FSQA, Procurement, and plants, monitors issues and escalates potential crises. Requires extensive training on products, packaging, systems, and company operations, plus strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
