Conduct and complete certified investigations for MH/IDD individuals, ensure timely EIM entries and compliance with guidelines, report concerns, liaise with APS/ODP, support quality improvement and training, and contribute to incident-related reporting and reviews.

Lead HR and culture strategy for a nonprofit serving individuals with I/DD. Oversee recruitment, retention, compliance with PA Chapters 6100/6400/2380, workforce development, employee engagement, training, and HR operations. Partner with senior leadership to build an inclusive, mission-driven workforce and ensure regulatory and employment-law compliance.
