Design, deploy, and scale cloud infrastructure supporting AI and generative AI workloads. Build Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms, infrastructure-as-code, observability systems, security controls, CI/CD workflows, and resilient production environments. Optimize GPU and compute-intensive workloads for cost, performance, and reliability. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Security, define SLOs, improve incident response, and mentor infrastructure engineers.

Lead end-to-end security incident response across cloud infrastructure, endpoints, identity systems, and SaaS applications. Investigate threats, conduct log analysis, digital forensics, and threat hunting; build response playbooks and automate detection workflows. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, and Customer teams, run tabletop exercises, improve security readiness, and mentor teammates. The role requires extensive incident response or security operations experience and familiarity with cloud security, SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and attacker frameworks.

Lead positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and product launches for Typeface’s agentic and generative AI products. Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop enterprise sales enablement, competitive intelligence, customer insights, analyst briefings, webinars, and launch materials. Shape product strategy through customer research, win/loss analysis, beta testing, and messaging validation while translating complex AI capabilities into compelling business outcomes for enterprise buyers.
