Lead and grow an independent power-electronics research programme within IERC, managing projects, supervising postgraduates, delivering high-quality reports and publications, securing competitive funding, coordinating stakeholders, developing prototypes and HIL/real-time platforms (e.g., OPAL-RT), and advancing grid-integration and decarbonisation technologies through collaboration and industry engagement.

Lead development of beamforming, direction-finding, and sensing waveforms for multi-antenna UAV payloads. Implement and validate algorithms on SDR hardware, conduct field trials, publish results, supervise students, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
