Manage and scale Tylko’s multi-site European retail sales organization. Responsibilities include owning store, kiosk, and showroom performance; leading, hiring, scheduling, and developing retail teams; standardizing sales and customer journeys; designing onboarding, career paths, and incentive schemes; managing retail budgets; analyzing commercial metrics; and coordinating with e-commerce, marketing, and customer care to support growth and new market openings.

Advise showroom customers on customised furniture, guide them through the digital configurator, uphold visual merchandising, collect customer feedback, and help meet sales and satisfaction targets.

Lead and grow a backend Python team powering Tylko's internal systems. Own architecture, reliability, ERP integration, observability, CI/CD, and embed AI-driven automation while liaising with stakeholders and ensuring secure, scalable operations.
