Lead and grow a backend Python team powering Tylko's internal systems. Own architecture, reliability, ERP integration, observability, CI/CD, and embed AI-driven automation while liaising with stakeholders and ensuring secure, scalable operations.

Lead and coach a small team while working on the store floor as a Design Advisor. Provide personalised design advice, guide customers through the digital configurator, maintain visual merchandising, hit sales and quality targets, organise shifts, and feed customer insights to HQ to shape offline retail strategy.

Advise showroom customers on customised furniture, guide them through the digital configurator, uphold visual merchandising, collect customer feedback, and help meet sales and satisfaction targets.
