Write and edit English and Polish copy across brand channels, including social media, ads, campaigns, websites, blogs, SEO content, newsletters, emails, and press releases. Maintain Tylko’s brand voice, develop campaign narratives, collaborate with Creative, CRM, SEO, and Product teams, verify Polish translations, and optimize content using performance results and AI tools.

Develops campaign concepts, key visuals, toolkits, and performance creative across paid, digital, social, and offline channels. Designs a substantial portion of the work hands-on while directing external 3D, CGI, photography, and video partners. Owns visual quality and consistency across European markets, collaborates with performance marketing using data-driven creative testing, and advances Tylko’s visual language and AI-enabled production workflows.

Build and maintain business automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, and AI capabilities. Analyze and redesign workflows, collaborate with non-technical teams, support adoption, document reusable solutions, maintain reliability and security, and measure operational impact. The role also explores LLMs, RAG, and AI agents to reduce manual work across Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations.
