Manage and scale Tylko’s multi-site European retail sales organization. Responsibilities include owning store, kiosk, and showroom performance; leading, hiring, scheduling, and developing retail teams; standardizing sales and customer journeys; designing onboarding, career paths, and incentive schemes; managing retail budgets; analyzing commercial metrics; and coordinating with e-commerce, marketing, and customer care to support growth and new market openings.

Lead daily retail floor activity at Tylko’s Berlin flagship store, driving sales targets, customer service, team performance, and operational excellence. Support the Store Manager by coaching employees, communicating priorities, managing inventory and loss prevention, implementing visual merchandising, and overseeing store operations during the manager’s absence. Provide personalized design advice and explain technical furniture details in German and English.

Advise showroom customers on personalized furniture solutions, explain Tylko’s configuration system, materials, sustainability, and innovations, and guide customers using digital configurators and augmented reality tools. Collaborate with architects, designers, and B2B clients; maintain visual merchandising standards; support store events; collect customer feedback; and contribute to customer satisfaction and sales goals. The role requires German and English communication, design interest, digital confidence, weekend and evening flexibility, and a proactive team mindset.
