Implements and configures Sage financial software for clients, managing discovery, requirements, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support. Advises clients on accounting workflows, reporting, reconciliations, controls, automation, and process improvement. The role requires strong accounting expertise, client service, documentation, problem-solving, and the ability to learn ERP platforms.

Leads outsourced accounting engagements, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, client advisory, and Sage Intacct implementations. Provides fractional Controller-level support, payroll and audit assistance, process automation, and financial insights. Mentors accounting staff, reviews work, trains clients, and collaborates globally across multiple time zones. The role requires expertise in multi-entity, multi-currency accounting, Sage Intacct, FloQast, and QuickBooks Online.

Generate and qualify US mid-market opportunities for Outsourced Accounting by engaging senior finance stakeholders, conducting discovery, qualifying with MEDDICC/BANT/CHAMP, booking qualified meetings, maintaining CRM accuracy, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and delivery teams. Work aligns to US time zones from South Africa and supports cross-regional partners.

The Sage Intacct Designer will customize and optimize Sage Intacct systems, develop reports, train users, and ensure compliance with financial processes.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementations (Sage Intacct, Sage 300), including system configuration, testing, client training, and support. Manage project tracking, deliverables, and billable utilization. Build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, contribute to solution design and process optimization, and support global teams across time zones while participating in business development and internal knowledge sharing.

Design and customize Sage Intacct, develop financial reports, support data migration, and train users while ensuring compliance with GAAP.
