Lead cross-functional initiatives to redesign processes and build AI-enabled automations that reduce manual work, improve quality, and drive adoption. Map workflows, prioritize opportunities, configure straightforward automations, partner with IT on integrations (e.g., Sage Intacct via MCP), and manage projects from discovery through sustained adoption and measurement.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementations (Sage Intacct, Sage 300), including system configuration, testing, client training, and support. Manage project tracking, deliverables, and billable utilization. Build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, contribute to solution design and process optimization, and support global teams across time zones while participating in business development and internal knowledge sharing.

Coordinate CAAS operational workflows, track deadlines, manage client folders and month-end status, produce timesheet and billing reports, maintain FloQast tasks, support onboarding and internal CAAS communications, and provide administrative support to CAAS leadership across global teams.

Manage daily accounting for multiple clients: prepare financial statements, reconciliations, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll and tax filings. Use Sage Intacct, FloQast, QuickBooks Online and Xero to automate workflows, support client onboarding, ensure GAAP compliance, assist audits, and collaborate across global teams to improve processes and reporting.

Design and customize Sage Intacct, develop financial reports, support data migration, and train users while ensuring compliance with GAAP.

Generate and qualify US mid-market opportunities for Outsourced Accounting by engaging senior finance stakeholders, conducting discovery, qualifying with MEDDICC/BANT/CHAMP, booking qualified meetings, maintaining CRM accuracy, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and delivery teams. Work aligns to US time zones from South Africa and supports cross-regional partners.

The Sage Intacct Designer will customize and optimize Sage Intacct systems, develop reports, train users, and ensure compliance with financial processes.

Act as a trusted advisor to accounting firms across Africa & Middle East, driving Sage Intacct channel growth by identifying opportunities, managing full sales lifecycle, supporting onboarding and client success, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing TydeCo at events and industry engagements.
