Implement process changes and new equipment, eliminate downtime, support Six Sigma projects, collaborate with quality and maintenance, manage capital projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Design, standardize, and implement battery fill, formation, testing, material handling, and shipment processes. Develop and validate equipment, collaborate with global manufacturing sites, lead prototype and production builds, drive automation and controls (PLC/HMI), and manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget while promoting global standardization and best practices.
