Lead technical ownership and development of enterprise-scale public sector backend solutions using C#/.NET. Design and implement APIs and integrations, drive code quality through reviews and testing, mentor developers, contribute to architecture and planning, and support modernisation and maintainability within agile teams.

Design and drive architecture for complex, large-scale IT solutions in the public sector. Define non-functional requirements, ensure security and governance, advise stakeholders, support cross-team integrations, document solutions (using tools like Sparx EA), facilitate workshops, and promote reusable, scalable architectures that align with business priorities.

Lead development and maintenance of automated regression tests, improve test coverage and test architecture (POM), support CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, contribute to planning, agile processes, Jira setup, and continuous improvement including AI-assisted testing.
