Lead analytical design and delivery of production AI and machine learning solutions for customers. Responsibilities include framing business problems, selecting algorithms, validating and documenting models, establishing analytical standards, mentoring data scientists, supporting presales, and advising stakeholders on feasibility, governance, fairness, and business value. The role also evaluates generative AI, RAG architectures, and emerging tools while serving as a local and global AI/ML expert.

Build, deploy, and operate production machine learning and generative AI systems for customers. Responsibilities include developing training and inference pipelines, model serving, monitoring, alerting, retraining, MLOps automation, RAG solutions, governance, and AI evaluation. The role involves close collaboration with customer technical teams, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring, with opportunities to progress toward technical leadership.
