Design, build, test, and maintain scalable web applications. Create responsive UIs with Angular or React (TypeScript), implement Python/Flask backends and RESTful APIs, design relational schemas, troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Provide hands-on administration and troubleshooting for IBM z/OS networking and mainframe environments. Support Communication Server, VTAM, TCP/IP, file transfer, messaging, printing, email, middleware connectivity, and JES2 operations. Develop automation, monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and auditing tools using REXX, CLIST, or SAS. Collaborate with enterprise network and security teams on implementations, upgrades, modernization, disaster recovery, and application connectivity issues.

Manage end-to-end execution of commercial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects. Responsibilities include planning, design coordination, BOQs, budgeting, procurement, site execution, MEP coordination, contractor management, quality control, risk mitigation, commissioning, documentation, and final handover. The role requires ownership of greenfield, renovation, and turnkey projects while coordinating clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, procurement, finance, and internal stakeholders.
