Design and execute manual and automated tests across consumer-facing web and mobile systems. Create test plans, cases, scripts, and defect reports; perform functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory, and UAT testing. Develop automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, analyze failures, and maintain test suites. Collaborate in Agile teams, manage test data and environments, report quality metrics, support release readiness, and improve testing governance and processes.

Designs, develops, implements, and supports NICE CXone DFO digital channels and contact center solutions. Responsibilities include architecture, DFO flow and integration design, production issue resolution, API integration, automation, technical configuration, documentation, and operational improvements. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, applies Agile and DevOps practices, and supports complex omnichannel environments involving chat, SMS, email, social messaging, chatbots, ACD, IVR, and WFM.

Lead end-to-end technology project delivery across APAC, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and governance. Coordinate distributed Agile squads across Malaysia, India, and the Philippines; facilitate ceremonies and stakeholder reviews; provide executive reporting; maintain project documentation; ensure compliance and audit readiness; and champion Agile practices and continuous improvement.
