Develop and support high-performance Go-based distributed and decentralized platforms within an Agile team. Responsibilities include implementing scalable architectures, APIs, messaging, secure authentication, containerization, code reviews, debugging distributed systems, optimizing performance and databases, maintaining backend systems and data pipelines, and supporting customers.

Designs and manages system architectures, interfaces, dependencies, and integration efforts for complex mission systems. Coordinates Agile development teams, schedules, testing, acceptance criteria, risks, and technical documentation across internal and external interfaces. Translates operational workflows into system requirements, supports cloud-native environments, and communicates with stakeholders through design reviews and technical writing. Experience with AWS, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, Atlassian tools, SMF environments, and Intelligence Community or SIGINT missions is valuable.

Oversee an Intelligence Community technology program as the primary customer representative. Manage strategic planning, contracts, personnel, subcontractors, budgets, risks, and delivery execution. Brief senior leadership, coordinate Government Program Office and technical teams, conduct technical exchange meetings, improve operations through Agile practices, mentor staff, and ensure software development meets schedule and mission objectives.
