Owns and executes People Team initiatives across the employee lifecycle using project management methodologies. Maintains Tableau, Excel, and SurveyMonkey reporting; analyzes workforce data; builds executive dashboards; designs engagement and feedback programs; maps employee touchpoints; supports organizational change; and manages surveys, exit interviews, training, mentorship, and recognition initiatives.

Develops full-stack software while governing release pipelines across DEV, TEST, and PROD. Responsibilities include writing and reviewing production code, coordinating merge and deployment sequencing, verifying frontend/backend compatibility, conducting smoke tests, troubleshooting post-release issues, resolving database and index mapping problems, and maintaining release documentation. The role requires strong Go and Git expertise, CI/CD familiarity, active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility, and coordination skills under pressure.

Develops and deploys data science solutions for information operations and national security customers. Responsibilities include statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, simulation, network analysis, multilingual text analytics, data visualization, experimentation, prototyping, customer engagement, and technical translation. The role also supports deployment in cloud, containerized, and air-gapped environments, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining customer systems. An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required, and the position is onsite in the DC Metro area up to four days weekly.
