Two Sigma Inclusion & Diversity

Two Sigma supports an inclusive workplace through initiatives like Women at Two Sigma (W@TS), which provides opportunities for women to connect, share experiences and support one another’s professional development. Through W@TS Circles, employees can build meaningful relationships with colleagues who understand their experiences, seek guidance on career transitions and discuss workplace challenges in a supportive environment. One employee found her Circle particularly valuable while transitioning from software engineering to modeling, highlighting how these communities can foster both personal connection and career growth.

“I find W@TS Circles extremely helpful and refreshing,” she says. “It’s really nice connecting with other women, when most of the colleagues I work with day-to-day are men. There are just certain issues I feel most comfortable talking about with other women.”
