Lead sales, planning, and execution of private and public events across a hospitality campus. Manage client relations, BEO development, onsite event execution, staff supervision, interdepartmental coordination, and event-related financial and inventory reporting.

Provide warm, efficient front-of-house service at a food hall and bar: greet guests, take orders, prepare drinks to spec, serve tables and bar, maintain cleanliness, handle cash/POS transactions, check IDs, support food runners, follow opening/closing checklists, and resolve guest issues with professionalism and teamwork.

Prepare and cook menu items per recipes, prep raw ingredients, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, stock BOH areas, wash dishes, follow safety procedures, work quickly and stay organized, and perform assigned side work to deliver high-quality food service.
