Jobs at Two Rivers YMCA

Provide one-on-one and small-group wellness coaching and orientations, monitor fitness areas and equipment, maintain cleanliness and safety, complete Wellness for Life appointments using MobileFit, and obtain required certifications (CPR, Listen First, YMCA Strength & Conditioning). Must work minimum two days/week and support evening/weekend coverage as scheduled.

Support preschool center management under the Director, including curriculum oversight, staff supervision and training, licensing compliance (Rule 407), family partnerships, budget and enrollment monitoring, and ensuring child safety and program quality.

Provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children while guardians use the YMCA. Engage children in age-appropriate activities, promote positive behavior, ensure safety and well-being, and communicate with parents while reflecting YMCA values.

Assist Site Leader in running before- and after-school programs for K–6. Maintain safety, implement lesson plans, serve snacks/meals, supervise children, enforce conduct, attend trainings, complete incident reports, and support program quality year-round (including summer camp).
