Manage day-to-day operations of the London office, including facilities, vendor relationships, onboarding, visitor hosting, events, and administrative support. Drive culture and engagement initiatives, coordinate meetings, travel and expenses, and support EA-led projects to ensure a seamless, professional workplace experience.

Support end-to-end payroll processing across UK, EMEA, and APAC by working with payroll vendors, managing payroll tasks (reports, queries, benefits/deductions), supporting audits and year-end, and liaising with HR and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations and process improvements.
