Own enterprise data platform architecture, modeling, pipelines, testing, and documentation using technologies such as AWS Redshift and dbt. Translate complex data into actionable commercial insights and client growth strategies. Lead executive client relationships, roadmap discussions, KPI definition, QBRs, and consulting delivery. Manage and develop a sizeable cross-functional team across offices and time zones while aligning data governance, analytics, marketing, engineering, and CI/CD practices.

Manage Salesforce pipeline quality, validate commercial documentation, reconcile Salesforce with finance systems, and ensure accurate handoff of sales opportunities for invoicing and revenue recognition. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to resolve data and documentation issues, maintain governance standards, and support timely month-end and quarter-end revenue operations.

Lead UX across the Partnership Intelligence platform, modernising workflows, evolving the design system, prototyping and testing, collaborating with PMs/engineering/data, mentoring designers, and improving cross-product coherence to increase adoption and reduce friction.
