The AR Accountant manages cash collection and allocation, customer disputes and invoice queries, account reconciliations, credit limit analysis, credit risk support, order releases, recharge invoices, and month-end and year-end activities. The role also prepares reports, performs bank reconciliations, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with local, regional, and global teams. Strong accounts receivable knowledge, analytical ability, Excel skills, attention to detail, and English, Polish, and French proficiency are required.

Manages key accounts for Ovomaltine, Caotina, and Twinings, owning revenue, profit, P&L, sales budgets, forecasts, customer profitability, negotiations, and joint business plans. Coordinates customer priorities with marketing, shopper marketing, supply chain, demand planning, finance, and field sales teams. Requires more than two years of FMCG key account management experience, strong analytical, negotiation, communication, leadership, and coordination skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Manage logistics and import/export for finished goods and raw materials, ensuring compliance with Indian customs, FSSAI and other regulators. Prepare and maintain customs documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers and shipping lines, manage licenses/registrations, support export schemes (SEZ/AA), monitor ERP inventory accuracy, and conduct compliance reviews and training.
