Manage a caseload (20–25), provide vocational profiling, rapid job search, employer engagement, CV/interview support, and in-work assistance while maintaining records and working with local partners.

Engage employers, agencies and colleges to source sustainable placements for international students. Manage student inductions, monitor placements, maintain agent and employer relationships, oversee group operations and record-keeping, handle emergency rota duties, and produce regular reports to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
