Provide non-clinical support to residents by assisting nursing staff with bed-making, meal prep and delivery, laundry, cleanliness, and encouraging participation. Observe and report safety or care concerns, follow facility policies, and perform additional duties to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Provide clinical leadership as the on-shift Charge Nurse (LVN or RN): direct nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, implement care plans, document assessments, participate in shift reports, educate staff, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and manage staffing replacements as needed.
