Teams at Twin Oaks Health & Rehabilitation

Provides direct resident nursing care, administers medications and treatments, implements care plans, documents assessments, transcribes physician orders, guides nurse aides, supports shift communication, educates staff, maintains safety and infection-control standards, and addresses staffing needs. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, emergency responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Supports dietary services in a resident-care setting by preparing, portioning, assembling, and serving meals. Delivers meal carts, manages and rotates supplies, follows menus and standardized recipes, disposes of refuse, and cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Requires reliability, teamwork, multitasking, timely task completion, cleanliness, food safety awareness, and commitment to resident satisfaction.
