Supervise shift-based transloading operations, including railcar unloading, truck loading, crew assignments, equipment utilization, inspections, documentation, safety compliance, and production coordination. The supervisor makes real-time operational decisions, addresses bottlenecks, communicates status and delays, supports incident investigations, and reinforces safe work practices. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather, physical activity, climbing, lifting, and extended standing on uneven surfaces.

Safely unload sand and other bulk materials from railcars into trucks. Inspect railcar product levels, operate switches, guide truck drivers, communicate production information, verify conveyor calibration, inspect equipment, and perform conveyor maintenance. The role requires outdoor work in extreme temperatures, rotating 12-hour shifts, PPE use, physical labor, teamwork, basic math, and compliance with safety procedures.
