Leads HR operations for a manufacturing plant, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and engagement. Partners with plant leadership on organizational effectiveness and labor planning. Oversees EHS initiatives, OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, incident investigations, safety metrics, training, and environmental compliance. Supports skilled-trades recruitment, apprenticeships, technical development, HR reporting, and employment-law compliance across hourly and salaried teams.

Lead global strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for manufacturing categories including castings, forgings, and machined components. Manage international supplier relationships, negotiations, cost-reduction efforts, supplier development, risk mitigation, and performance improvement. Lead buyers and commodity managers while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Support supply chain resiliency, capacity planning, new product development, and global manufacturing operations.

Applies hybrid and electrification products across Twin Disc markets. Serves as the technical liaison for customers, translates requirements into solutions, performs engineering analyses, supports sales and product development, assists with installations and field testing, and provides technical support throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and sales while addressing high-voltage, power electronics, motor control, and energy storage applications.

Leads embedded control system projects from requirements through production, including electronic hardware design, PCB layouts, embedded software and hardware coordination, testing, validation, integration, and release. Coordinates cross-functional and global engineering teams, resolves complex technical issues, maintains technical documentation, and serves as a control systems subject matter expert. Requires domestic and international travel up to 10%.

Develops and implements outsourcing strategies for manufactured components and assemblies. Leads make-versus-buy analyses, supplier qualification, production transfers, process validation, supplier performance improvement, and manufacturing process development. Supports machining, assembly, tooling, NPI, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, documentation, automation, and safety initiatives while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, documentation, and production standards. Supports machining, assembly, testing, and new product introduction activities while leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. Performs root cause analysis, implements corrective actions, evaluates automation and capital equipment, monitors manufacturing metrics, and collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and production teams to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
