Supports strategic sourcing across industrial categories by analyzing supplier performance, managing segmentation, assisting supplier development and audits, resolving escalations, and improving delivery performance. Partners with engineering, operations, quality, and purchasing on sourcing and new product development initiatives. Uses ERP systems and data analysis to evaluate spend, trends, and supplier results while standardizing sourcing processes and contributing to category strategy.

Lead a production team to meet schedules and quality goals, drive continuous improvement and 5S, manage staffing, training, performance, safety, documentation, and partner with quality, engineering, and maintenance to resolve issues.

Prepare and review shipping documentation (bills of lading, shop orders), select carriers, determine weights/dimensions, arrange special or export shipments, trace outgoing shipments, perform clerical and data-entry tasks, maintain shipping logs and reports, and coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal departments.
