Enter, validate, and process customer and change orders with high accuracy using ERP systems. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve discrepancies, manage workload, and improve order execution. Maintain documentation, communicate proactively, and support process improvements to prevent downstream manufacturing or customer impacts.

Execute and support strategic sourcing for key manufacturing categories, analyze supplier performance, participate in supplier segmentation and audits, drive supplier improvement and OTIF performance, partner cross-functionally on NPD and supplier projects, and use ERP/data tools to standardize sourcing practices and resolve escalations.

Lead and develop a customer service and sales support team to improve customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and drive operational excellence. Use data and analytics to identify trends, implement process improvements, set performance expectations, coach employees, and partner cross-functionally to influence strategy and enhance service quality.
