Execute and support strategic sourcing for key manufacturing categories, analyze supplier performance, participate in supplier segmentation and audits, drive supplier improvement and OTIF performance, partner cross-functionally on NPD and supplier projects, and use ERP/data tools to standardize sourcing practices and resolve escalations.

Support manufacturing process improvements (OEE, scrap, throughput), map physical and ERP (Epicor) production flow, analyze data to identify opportunities, assist equipment installation/commissioning, participate in root cause investigations, and develop/update work instructions while working on the production floor.
