Lead technical engagement with AMCA/ASHRAE, provide cross-functional technical leadership in fan design, aerodynamics, testing, and engineering software. Drive product development, mentor engineers, support customers with troubleshooting/co-development, publish technical content, and represent the company in industry standards and regulatory matters.

Manage projects from order entry to shipment, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets while coordinating across multiple departments and providing customer updates.

Support process improvements to OEE, scrap, and throughput; map physical and ERP (Epicor) production flows; analyze manufacturing data to identify opportunities; assist with capital equipment installation and commissioning; participate in root cause investigations; develop and update work instructions.
