Leads the nonprofit’s finance function, including accounting operations, payroll oversight, financial reporting, forecasting, cash management, grants, restricted funds, audits, Form 990 support, and internal controls. Supervises a Staff Accountant and partners with organizational leaders, auditors, funders, and the Finance Committee. The role also improves finance processes, reporting tools, budgeting, compliance, and financial decision-making while translating complex financial information into actionable insights.
