The Staff Software Engineer will architect and implement scalable data systems, collaborate with teams, mentor engineers, and ensure data integrity.

Provide advanced account administration and billing support for Twilio and SendGrid customers. Investigate billing, pricing, usage, and reconciliation issues; manage escalations; partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Product; mentor peers, create technical content, and drive continuous improvement using data and customer feedback.

Design, build, and maintain compliance program workflows, carrier integrations, frontend UIs and backend APIs for high-volume, highly available messaging systems. Develop scalable solutions, operate cloud services, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive architecture and quality improvements.
