Develop and execute partner co-marketing and joint go-to-market strategies to drive regional pipeline growth. Build account-based campaigns, field events, demand-generation programs, messaging, and partner enablement resources. Manage partner marketing budgets, lead-routing governance, and follow-up SLAs while tracking partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline performance in Salesforce. Collaborate with sales, product marketing, partner teams, and executive stakeholders across the enterprise cloud and SaaS ecosystem.

Provides technical account management for strategic customers, resolving complex application, networking, and cloud-support issues. Partners with developers, architects, Product, and Engineering teams; troubleshoots APIs, code, connectivity, and Twilio libraries; identifies customer trends and product improvements; communicates technical issues clearly; and proactively recommends ways to reduce business-impacting downtime.

Develop and operate highly available, large-scale distributed systems for Twilio SendGrid. Build Go-based microservices, manage AWS and Azure infrastructure with Terraform, improve observability and reliability, and optimize high-throughput email services. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, testing, technical debt reduction, infrastructure modernization, sprint planning, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
