Teams at Twilight Home Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, implements care plans, documents assessments, transcribes physician orders, and coordinates shift operations. Guides nurse aides, educates support staff, addresses staffing needs, participates in shift reports, and maintains infection-control and safety standards. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, and emergency response capabilities.
