Lead and scale government and defense sales across Europe: build the sales team and GTM organization, create repeatable processes and KPIs, develop market strategy, pursue and close opportunities with governments and prime contractors, align sales with Government Relations and Program Management, and represent the company at trade shows and defense forums.

Own and iterate UAV prototype-to-production builds: assemble, test, and validate hardware; drive DFM/DFA with R&D; define materials, processes, and production standards; perform root-cause analysis and environmental/structural testing to ensure scalable, mission-ready manufacturing.
