Cleans kitchen areas, restaurant equipment, utensils, floors, and waste containers while following chemical, health, safety, and internal-control standards. Washes dishes, pots, pans, and food-preparation surfaces; assists with vegetable preparation, supply movement, goods distribution, and banquet setup and cleanup. Provides guest and team-member service, supports safety procedures, and works flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and emergency calls.

Operates and maintains dishwashing equipment, follows chemical safety and health standards, assists with food preparation and goods movement, and supports banquet setup, operations, and cleanup. Provides guest and team-member service while complying with safety, gaming, tribal, and internal control requirements.

Oversees casino operations for compliance with federal, state, and tribal laws and gaming regulations. Performs internal audits, evaluates accounting and operational controls, identifies risks and deficiencies, investigates suspected fraud or noncompliance, and recommends corrective actions. Prepares audit reports for regulatory review, monitors post-audit remediation, and ensures adherence to MICS and TICS. The role requires impartiality, strong analytical and communication skills, regulatory knowledge, and availability for varied schedules, weekends, holidays, and emergency calls.
